POINTS TO CONSIDER:

  1. Unless otherwise stated – prices do NOT include airfare. Ship owners can arrange that for you.
  2. Expect an answer during regular business hours (Quito time), Monday-Friday.
  3. If you are already in Ecuador, or in Galapagos, please indicate this to the ship owner. You may wish to visit their local office.
  4. Most ship owners can help you find other availabilities if their ship is not available. Ask them for help if so required. E.g. “Is this departure still available? If not, can you help me find something equivalent?”
  5. Be clear and polite – ship owners are human and respond better to a nice enquiry. ;-)
